Children's karate pre school 3 - 4 years

Our pre-school class gently introduces children to the foundations of Goju-Ryu, teaching simple stances, blocks, strikes and kicks through fun, age-appropriate activities. Each session builds coordination, balance and footwork with playful drills that help little ones move with confidence. We include light, carefully supervised partner work to encourage teamwork and self-belief while keeping everything safe and controlled. Life skills are woven into every class, with regular prompts and praise for focus, respect, listening and effort.
